Very Good

Mar 29, 2025

First radial master cylinder in 37 years of Motorcycle life.

Immediately after purchase, Material:It was used with Rubber's Hose + OEM single push 2POTCaliper,
Apparently the squishy, grippy feeling was uncomfortable and I was confused as to what to do.

Then combined with SWAGE-LINE Stainless mesh hose + Brembo P4CCaliper (using supplied pad),
With the advice of Web!keSupport, I managed to hang Brake comfortably.
The Lever ratio is 18." I use it in

Horizontal TypeMASTER + OEMMaterial:Since I had only experienced the RubberHose + OEM single push Caliper, the feeling of the radimas + mesh hose + opposed 4POT felt strange at first, and it took a while for my body to learn how much and at what speed to grip in this situation, but it was a comfortable experience. But by driving continuously on winding, rough, and rugged roads, I gradually became less and less conscious of how much I should grip. However, by running on comfortable winding and rough/rougher roads continuously, I gradually became less and less conscious of how much I should grip.

It may be a different feeling from others, but in my environment, I have the impression that it works relatively well with just a few fingers hanging on it.
In that sense, it is a little more careful because it works kung-fu at slower speeds.
When we first combined OEMHose + OEMCaliper, we changed to a higher viscosity Fork oil and it was lumpy, so we changed to Mesh hose + P4CCaliper to eliminate that, and at the same time we lowered the oil level, which may have had an effect on the Mesh hose.

Maybe the Lever ratio Sixteen Or 13RCS." I also thought, "What if there had been a I also wondered if there were
But then the Stroke might become too long and difficult to hang strongly,
If there is a gentle Pad to start the grip, I would like to try that as well.
Therefore, the lever ratio "20" does not seem to need to be used at all in my case.

Stroke is now about 1/3 to 2/3 of what it was when it was OEM.
And OEMs have a lot of play at the beginning of their grip.

Unfortunately, and maybe it's just my case, but it looks gross with the air bleed, and when I did a test run, the Fluid was chippy and leaking from the Bleeder Screw.

I wish I had known this from the beginning, but I found out after I blew out the air, so I had to take action,
Remove the Bleeder Screw with the Fluid in it,
Insert the Syringe with Hose in the Screw hole and pull out as much Fluid as possible,
Wrap Dustcloth soaked with Parts Cleaner around the tip of a thin slotted screwdriver and degrease the screw hole of the screw as much as possible,
I tightened the Bleeder Screw after drying it with silicon grease on the screw part, and there were no more leaks after that.

Poor

Noises, vibrations, and no Touch.

Purchased in the fall of 2024.

Installed on GSR250.
Hose is an external Material:Rubber, Caliper is OEM that was OH'd by a Motorcycle shop.

As of March 2025, the hose is connected to a SWAGE-LINE Mesh hose, Banjo adapter, and Caliper Adapter,
Caliper is Brembo 4POT Casting caliper 40mmPitch (for Left 20.5165.79).

I have finished bleeding the air in this state and have not been able to do any proper test runs due to snow accumulation and other factors,
No matter how much I grip the Lever, no matter how much air I bleed off the air bubbles, I can't get a single Touch.
This symptom has not changed since OEMCaliper + Rubber hose.

If you want to grip Lever, you can grip it as much as you want.
The braking force itself is on the way to gripping, so the Pad seems to be holding the Rotor in place,
Even if you hold it down enough, you can grip it further from there.

It is very, very weird.

Moreover, there is a squeaking sound and vibration on Lever when it is gripped from a point where perhaps enough braking force has been applied.
It is not smooth, but when you slowly grip and release it, it seems to get stuck in a way that the lever moves and stops in time with the sound of the giggle. (see video).

I have given up on DIY OH because it would likely not be covered under warranty, but I would like to do something about this odd condition.
I was in trouble.

Off topic, but even though the Breeder is tightened, air and Fluid still go in and out, so I put a Silicon Sea Ring in the Screw part of the Breeder to stop that.
I think this is a must.

I haven't installed it yet.

First, regarding the second and twelfth images of the product, you see the MechanicalSwitch and Banjo bolt, right?
In the image, Banjo bolt is Double hole." I went all the way to P1.0 because it looked like Single hole." I ordered the banjo bolt separately from the
what Single hole." The Banjo bolt was included in the package, which was a waste of less than 500 yen.
Well, it's made in Italy,
I was watching F1 and it was rubbed in my face that Italians can't be trusted, so I wasn't pissed off (laughs).
I will write a post-use Review after I install and test drive it.
I am very much looking forward to it.

Stable brembo

NINJA400's Brake masterCylinder was replaced with brembo's Radial14RCS.
There is some information that the Radial master does not attach to Kawasaki cars because the OEM switch box interferes with the Throttle Wire, but it does attach. However, you can temporarily remove the switch when installing the MasterCylinder, and then put it back after installing the Master. There is not much room to spare, though.

Brake caliper is brembo 30/34mm 4PODSingle disc. 15mm or 16mm is recommended for 30/34mm Single disc, but I like φ14mm. The total ratio of 18mm is 81.59, which is a little soft for me, but it depends on each person. By the way, GALE SPEED 14mm is 81.59-91.79 for 16-18mm, which is too soft. And by the way, the TotalRatio of 16mm of Φ16 is 70.27, so it is only a little difference from 73.43 of 20mm of Φ14.

I have no complaints about the grip. It is indeed a stable brembo.
Bleeder Screw is ZETA's Material:Replaced with Titanium ZT15-4100.

Excellent

Introduced in YZF-R25

[How is it used?
Front brake caliper is NORMAL.
Brake hose is changed to Goodridge.
Note that since this is a brembo, the Pitch of the banjo bolt is 1.00.
The Pivot pin that stops the Lever has to be wired by Regulation, so the TitaniumPivot pin on the ZETA is wired this way.
The part number is ZT15-3120. I recommend that you purchase them together if you like. It looks good.

I thought I would do an imprement after using it properly, but then I fell and it fell apart.
It looks bad, but I was surprised at how sturdy it is without any damage, which is another GOODPoint.

Was the one you received as per Image?
Image is correct, I think it is Exactly at 14Φ on the Front of R25.
Since it is brembo, it is safe to use.

Was the installation difficult?
There is nothing particularly difficult, and if you can bleed air out of Brake, you should have no problem doing it as a DIY project.
Brake is an important safety part, so if you are unsure, take it to a Motorcycle shop.

How was your experience with it?
Compared to the OEM's side-pushing MASTER, the Breaking is incomparably more pleasant.
Obviously, you can see the difference when using it on Circuit rather than on public roads.
The OEM felt a sudden gust of force in the back of the machine as it gripped and gripped, but that Stress has been reduced to Zero.
brembo is the best.

[Included Parts:were they on?
Banjo bolt and other items notched in the image are included.
The anti-counterfeit card that used to be included is no longer included; a QR code is attached to the body, which can be registered with the application.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
No, sir!
